Upcoming Events

North Wales 2026

A multi-activity trip to North Wales, where members take part in climbing, hiking, cycling, and most importantly, paddle boarding and kayaking! Some go for a week, and some stay for only the weekend, but everyone has an amazing time with lots of tales to take home.

First Aid Course

We are running a couple of First Aid Courses so our members can get up to speed on their skills, and help paddlers out more effectively on the water. This is great training for everyone, but we feel its really essential lots of our members have 

Past Events

River Dart 2025

The River Dart, in Dartmoor National Park. This is always a great opportunity to socialize with other paddlers whilst also enjoying a great paddle on the Grade 2/3 white waters.

Christmas Paddle

Every year we have a festive paddle to the Wey and Arun Canal. It's always a great excuse for us to get dress up in festive atire and enjoy the chilled (in more ways than one) paddle. Click the link below to find out about our 2025 Christmas paddle!

Christmas Party

The usual Martlet party - beers, food, and a jolly good time! At this years party, we will be handing out our yearly awards, which are not all totally serious!! It's a great oppurtunity for all members to meet up, have a reflect on the year, and toast to the next one. See pictures below from our 2025 party!

Wye Trip 2025

A river trip to the Wye Valley AONB. A lovely paddle and great oppurtunity to paddle on the small set of rapids there, learning new skills and getting to know other club members better.

Seaford to Beachy Head 2025

A sea kayaking trip from Seaford, making the way to Beachy Head and back again with the tides. It's a great trip for sea kayakers to see our beautiful cliffs from another perspective.
